Book a test session - Create a session between a teacher and student (use admin panel if needed)

Try cancelling at different time windows to test penalty tiers:

Cancel a session more than 24 hours away → Should get full refund (0% penalty)
Cancel a session 2-24 hours away → Should get partial refund (check the preview shows fractional amounts like "5.25 gems")
Cancel a session less than 2 hours away → Higher penalty tier
Check the cancel preview - Before confirming cancellation, the preview modal should now show:

Fractional refund amounts (e.g., "6.30 gems" instead of "6 gems")
Proper formatting with 2 decimal places
What to verify:

The refund amount matches the expected percentage
The formatted amounts display correctly (e.g., "5.25" not "5.249999...")
Student receives the correct gem credit after cancellation
If there's any error, a WeCom notification should be sent
Example calculation to verify:
If a session costs 7 gems and has a 15% penalty:

Old system: 7 × 0.15 = 1.05 → rounded to 1 gem penalty → 6 gems refund
New system: 7 × 0.15 = 1.05 gems penalty → 5.95 gems refund (exact)
