User Flow
1. User visits public /event-partners page (no login required)
2. Page explains partner program, benefits, and requirements
3. User clicks "Apply to Become a Partner" (requires SSO login)
4. Application form captures:
4.1 User info (auto-filled from SSO)
4.2 Why they want to be a partner (optional large text field)
4.3 Event concepts (optional)
5. Application submitted to admin queue
6. Admin reviews and approves/rejects via admin dashboard
7. On approval: "partner" role added to user's roles array
8. User can immediately create events via /admin → Create Event

✅ Access full admin dashboard (all admin routes enabled for partners)
