Go to Admin → User Management → Click on any free user
In the Admin Actions section, you'll see a new button: "Grant Trial Membership" (only shows for free users)
Click it and choose duration:
1 Month trial
6 Months trial
12 Months trial
User is instantly upgraded to paid tier with expiration date
